Karen Dahlem is an Organization Development professional who brings foreign language skills and international business, cross-cultural knowledge and experience to the Miller Consultants team.  Karen is fluent in French, Spanish and English, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.  She has lived and worked in many regions of the world including Western and Eastern Europe, South American, North America (including Canada and Mexico) Asia, and North Africa.  Her success is built upon her experience in assessing organization dynamics and enabling change to occur in a positive environment.  Past clients note her dedication, tenacity, leadership, diligence, open communication and facilitation skills.
