Karen combines organization development experience, behavioral science theory, and creativity in her work. A hallmark of her work is her use of graphic facilitation. During client sessions, Karen captures the content and spirit of the group's discussion using words and images on large wall charts. This stimulates the group's creativity, reveals deeper levels of meaning, and creates a collaboratively created group memory.
