Ginny brings to Miller Consultants expertise in training and development, assessment and executive coaching, work-life balance, gender and cultural diversity, and organizational change management.

Some of her past experiences include:

• Conducting organizational performance analyses

• Designing and implementing a leadership team development process for a Japanese-American company

• Designing a worldwide training system for multinational chemical company and developing a coaching program to support its implementation

• Assessing work-life balance and employee stress in organizations

• Designing and delivering training on numerous topics

• Conducting research on culture and leadership, work-family issues, gender and negotiation

Ginny graduated from Indiana University magna cum laude with a B.A. in sociology and minors in English and Italian.  She has an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and is currently completing her Ph.D.  She lives in Manchester, Connecticut with her husband and daughter.
