Team Assessment and Development - A method for identifying the need to create high-performing teams from their inception or to improve the functioning of intact teams. We provide a wide range of services for building and maintaining productive teams. This includes the design of effective team structures and processes, team functioning and productivity assessments (for intact teams), strategies for identifying and overcoming team dysfunction. We also offer individual team member style and skill assessments with appropriate feedback and individual or group coaching.
