Performance Needs Analysis - A process to examine a client’s problem or opportunity(s) and identify the key people-related elements that will impact the company’s ability to achieve optimal results.

Organizational or Work Group Culture Assessment - A method for aligning people systems and processes with strategy. A key to achieving successful business results is to make sure that the company’s systems, processes and people are in line with the overall business strategy. History, values, and assumptions that comprise organizational culture all impact these behaviors and practices.

We provide a method for appraising the degree to which the behaviors and practices of the people within the organization line up with the company’s overall strategy.
