In March of 2001, the Kentucky Certification Cooperative (KCC) granted Miller Consultants, Inc. certification as a Woman Business Enterprise. This certification signifies that the company is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled, in both form and substances by one or more women. This certification enables Miller Consultants to participate in the cooperative’s WBE procurement programs. KCC is composed of Louisville & Jefferson County Human Relations Commission, Louisville/Jefferson County Purchasing, the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, the Regional Airport Authority of Louisville and Jefferson County, Transit Authority of River City, the Kentucky transportation Cabinet, and Kentuckiana Minority Supplier Development Council.

Miller Consultants has applied to the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) for certification. The Women's Business Enterprise National Council was created in 1997 to enhance opportunities for women’s business enterprises in major business markets.
