Building a Culture of Sustainability

Miller Consultants is assisting client organizations in moving towards sustainability. We offer:
- a structured, systematic process whereby a core group of your leadership can work to understand current and future sustainability issues within your business,
- ways to identify where you currently stand both internally and versus your competitors,
- ways to develop a profile for your company in order to build a long-term strategy that is consistent with your strategic imperatives.
The outcome of this process will be the development of a Sustainability Strategy and Plan.
Miller Consultants has developed the SCALA™ (Sustainability Culture and Leadership Assessment) which is a diagnostic tool to:
- assess levels of change readiness to support sustainability
- measure the level of agreement and variation in perceptions across stakeholder groups
- identify areas of particular strength that can be leveraged to meet sustainability goals
- detect areas of possible concern that could be addressed to support sustainability goals
