Training Trainers to Engage Learners
— Basic Training In our fast-paced organizational worlds, time and attention are in short supply. Yet we trainers ask our colleagues and customers to entrust us with these scarce resources every time we offer training.
In turn, we owe it to those who participate in our training to provide them with an invigorating experience that addresses their needs and incorporates stimulating content and engaging delivery methods. The purpose of this workshop is to teach participants the basic skills for how to design and implement interactive training that will motivate learners to learn, retain and apply the subject matter and skills that we teach.
As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to:
-
Create training designs to address participants' needs and learning styles
-
Choose instructional strategies that will seize attention
-
Build content that will enliven learners
-
Develop a plan for dynamic and interactive delivery
The workshop will teach you how to design and develop training that is engaging, interesting, and entertaining – even when dealing with detailed subject matter requirements, regulatory information, or sensitive and volatile issues. We will provide tips, techniques and strategies for developing compelling instructional content, thereby increasing the retention of information crucial to your employee's performance.
