Leading Change

We all want to believe that organizational change will be painless.  Unfortunately, change introduces turbulence into an organization-into its culture and the lives of its people.  Change is often complex, difficult to implement, and painful to experience.  However, leaders who are aware of the potential risks and pitfalls associated with change are more likely to navigate them successfully.

The purpose of this workshop is to assist leaders in preparing to lead change in their organizations.

As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Adopt an effective style for leading the change

  • Identify their own roles and the roles of others in leading change

  • Develop a strategy for implementing the change process
